What are you watching? Japanese Drama Autumn

So what are you watching this autumn? I made a list of drama that I thought looked quite interesting but I won’t be watching them until they are all subbed. The one that I am surely going to watch is : Innocent Love and Ryosuke no Kisuna. Here are the synopsis of couple jdrama that are curently airing and have actors that I actually like.

1. Ryusei no Kizuna

Starring: Toda Erika, Nishikido Ryo, Ninomiya Kazunari

Synopsis: Based on the popular novel of the same name, Ryusei no Kizuna tells the story of three orphans, whose parents were murdered long ago. Together, the three vowed on a shooting star to one day avenge their parents. After many years, the two brothers have found the murderers, and are set to carry out their plan for vengeance when they realize they’ve made a serious miscalculation; you see, their sister…

Forecast: I am sooo going to watch this!

2. Oh! My Girl!

Starring: Hayami Mokomichi, Kato Rosa

Synopsis: Yamashita Kotaro was living a peaceful life as a publisher part-timer pretending to be a mobile phone novelist until two females suddenly appeared in his life. One is his six-year-old celebrity niece and the other is the little girl’s stern manager. As he is forced to live under the same roof as the little prodigy, their differences soon manifest and disputes ensue. However, through co-habitation, Yamashita slowly comes to appreciate having a family and the warmth it brings, all the while developing a love-hate relationship with Fuji Mineko, the manager.

Forecast: erm… let’s wait and see :-)

3. Room of King

Starring: Mizushima Hiro, Suzuki Anne

Synopsis: A game is initiated between four roommates, and the winner will gain ownership of their luxurious apartment in the Aoyama district. How will the battle unfold between a freeter, an OL, a gynecologist, a cook and a sylist?

Forecast:… ok maybe some silly comedy

4. Innocent Love

Starring: Horikita Maki, Kitagawa Yujin

Synopsis: An arson took it all away from Akiyama Kanon seven years ago. Her parents died in that fire, her brother was arrested as the prime suspect and her carefree life disappeared from that instant. She was shunned by the town as the sister of a murderer, yet she believes in her brother’s innocence and often pays him visits with words of encouragement. As life gets harder when nobody is willing to give her a job, Kanon decides to try her luck in the city and there she meets the man of her destiny…

Forecast: *this one sounds like an interesting love story, I wonder if the actors can deliver…*

5. Bloody Monday

So what are you watching? *I can’t insert poll something happen idk*

Manga: mixes

okaeri – ayaka

I’ve been thinking about this section a while ago, actually since the first time I read Zettai Kareshi. *remember my cheesy episode recap of the live action? Yeah I read the manga before the live action and I was very exited to hear that there will be a live action* by the way Yuu Watase’s works are gold!
So recently I’ve been reading mangas, not really regularly, and trust me I know everyone now is addicted to Vampire Knight, but I have not read it after chapter 40 since, oh well I think that somehow the story line is cheesy. This is just my opinion, but the brother/sister/friend/lover relationship and the cheap excuse of being vampire can let them do anything just makes me yawn.
By the way if you have not read the manga of Zettai Kareshi and you watched the live action? Dude you need to read the manga, it is like a gazillion time better than the L.A.

*just for old time sakes I posted ayaka’s song aka okaeri for good reminiscence :-) *
